Who we are

Vaishnavi Innovation Labs LLP (“we”, “us”) operates vaishnavi.io. We are registered at 4th Floor, Sri Sai Sadan, Yendada, Visakhapatnam 530045, Andhra Pradesh, India. For anything in this policy, including a request to access or delete your data, write to hello@vaishnavi.io.

What we collect

Information you give us

If you complete the enquiry form, we collect the name, email address, company (optional) and message you enter. Nothing on this site asks for payment details, and we do not ask for special category data. Please do not send confidential or personal information about third parties through the form.

Information collected automatically

Our host records standard server logs, including IP address, user agent and the pages requested, which are used to operate and secure the site. If you use the chat widget or analytics is active in your session, those services set their own identifiers — see below.

Why we use it

• To reply to you. An enquiry is only ever used to respond to that enquiry and to any conversation that follows from it.
• To operate and secure the site. Server logs and error reporting.
• To understand how the site is used in aggregate, so we can improve it.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not add you to a marketing list or an automated email sequence because you submitted the form.

Who processes data on our behalf

We use a small number of third-party services. Each processes data only to provide its service to us, and each has its own privacy policy.

• Vercel — hosting and content delivery. Processes request data and server logs.
• HubSpot — customer relationship management. Receives enquiry form submissions so we can track and reply to them.
• Supabase — hosted database. Stores a record of enquiry form submissions.
• Google Analytics — aggregate usage measurement. Sets cookies and collects a pseudonymous identifier, approximate location and page-view events.
• Crisp — the chat widget. If you open a chat, it processes the messages you send and sets its own identifier.

Some of these providers operate outside India, so your information may be processed in other countries. Web fonts are served from our own domain, so loading this site does not make a request to a third-party font provider.

Cookies and analytics

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. The cookies set on this site come from Google Analytics and, if you open it, the Crisp chat widget. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, and you can opt out of Google Analytics using the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. The site works normally without them.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as we may reasonably need them for the business relationship or discussion they relate to, and then deleted. Analytics data is retained according to the provider’s default retention period. If you ask us to delete your enquiry, we will do so unless we are required to keep it by law.

Your rights

You can ask us to give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can also object to us processing it, or ask us to restrict how we use it. Write to hello@vaishnavi.io and we will respond within 30 days.

If you are in India, these rights are provided under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and you may raise a grievance with us at the address above before approaching the Data Protection Board. If you are in the UK or European Economic Area, you have equivalent rights under the UK GDPR and EU GDPR and may complain to your local supervisory authority.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, and enquiry data is transmitted to our processors over encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security — but we do keep the number of systems that touch your data deliberately small.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted here rather than made quietly.
