This site describes what we do. It is general information, not advice — technical, financial, legal or otherwise. Nothing here forms an offer, a quotation, or a commitment to provide services, and nothing here should be relied on as the basis for a business decision without talking to us first.
Any engagement between us is governed exclusively by a separate signed agreement setting out scope, deliverables, fees and responsibilities. Where anything on this site conflicts with that agreement, the signed agreement governs.

You may not copy, republish or adapt the site or its design for commercial use without our written permission.
Client names and logos shown on this site remain the property of their respective owners and are displayed with permission to indicate a working relationship. Their appearance is not an endorsement of any statement on this site by those organisations. If you own one of these marks and want it removed, write to hello@vaishnavi.io and we will remove it promptly.
Enquiries you send us
Please do not send confidential information through the enquiry form. Information you send before a confidentiality agreement is in place is not treated as confidential, though we will handle it as described in our Privacy Policy and will not share it beyond the processors listed there.

Where we link to another website, we do not control it and are not responsible for its content, availability or privacy practices.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data or business, arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
